How will I receive my digital product after purchase?

As soon as your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with a secure download link. You can also access your downloads anytime by logging into your account.

How long do I have access to my download?

You’ll have access for 30 days with up to 7 downloads per purchase. We recommend saving a backup copy after downloading.

Can I use the product on multiple devices?

Yes, once purchased you can download and use the product on any device you own, as long as it’s for your personal use.

Do you offer refunds for digital products?

We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Refund requests are processed within 2–3 business days. Please email info@howamitoday.com with the subject line “Refund Request”.

Is the file compatible with my software/device?

Yes, the product works with WordPress. Please ensure your site meets the basic requirements listed in the product description.

Technical Support Questions

I didn’t receive my download link. What should I do?

First, check your spam/junk folder. If you still can’t find it, log in to your account to access your files. You can also email info@howamitoday.com for assistance.

My download stopped or got interrupted. Can I try again?

Yes. You can re-download the file anytime from your account or from the email link (as long as it’s still active).

The file won’t open or is showing an error. What should I do?

Make sure you are using the correct WordPress plugins as well as the other free add-on recommendations. If issues persist, contact our support team with details of your setup and error message.

Do you provide updates if the digital product changes?

Yes, if we release an updated version, you’ll be notified by email and can download it at no extra cost.

Can I transfer or share my digital product with others?

No. Purchases are for individual use only. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing files is not permitted under our licensing terms.
